- Day 01: Arrive Paro, Paro - ThimpuAs you enter paro valley, you will sweep past forested hills with the
silvery paro river meandering down the valley below. Paro Dzong (fortress)
and Ta Dzong (watch tower) on the hills above the town will be a fine
sight.. Transferred to Bhutan's Capital, Thimpu, an exciting blend of
tradition and modernity.
Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Thimpu.
- Day 02: Thimpu.
Today's full day of sightseeing in Thimphu valley includes visits to;
National library, Institute for Zorig Chusum (commonly known as the painting
school), National Institute of Traditional Medicine (outside only), National
Memorial Chorten, Tashichhodzong (fortress), Folk Heritage and National
Textile Museums, Handicraft Emporium.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Thimphu.
- Day 03: Thimphu - Tongsa.
- Day 04: Tongsa - Bumthang.
- Day 05: Bumthang - Punakha
- Day 06: Punakha - Paro.
- Day 07: Paro.
- Day 08: Depart Paro After early breakfast in the hotel, drive to the airport for flight to onward destination.

The flight to Paro is one of the most spectacular of all mountain flights.
Afternoon free for activities or at leisure.

- Day 02Paro:
Paro is a most picturesque valley, with quaint hamlets clustered amidst
terraced paddy fields. The town still maintains tradition by way of its
architecture and simple way of life.
- Day 03: Paro - Thimphu
- Day 04: Thimphu - Punakha
- Day 05: Punakha - Wangduephodrang - Gangtey (Phobjikha)
- Day 06: Gangtey (Phobjikha) - Tongsa
- Day 07: Tongsa - Bumthang (Jakar)
- Day 08: Bhumthang
- Day 09: Bhumthang - Mongar
- Day 10: Mongar - Tashigang
- Day 11: Tashigang (excursion to Tashiyangtse)
- Day 12: Tashigang - Samdrup Jongkhar
- Day 13: Samdrup Jongkhar - Guwahati.
After breakfast, drive to Guawahati, the capital town of the Indian north-eastern
state of Assam, for flight to Delhi/ Kolkata
